Penn was picked up as a stray in Hale's Mobile Home Park. No one has reclaimed this cute boy so he is available for adoption. Penn is a Jack Russel Terrier (maybe mixed with a little something else) and is a year old, if that. He is your typical bouncing off the walls JRT. He will need a LOT of exercise to keep him happy. Penn LIVES, LIVES, LIVES for his tennis balls and will play fetch all day if you would let him. ***Please note that Penn is a special needs dog. He is DEAF and will need someone with the patience and experience to take care of him.
